Long Oval: The long oval gives the best fit to heads that are longer
front-to-back and narrower side-to-side. If previous helmets have left
you feeling the need for more length in the forehead because of
irritation or 'hot spots' after prolonged use, the long oval is
probably your best bet for long-term comfort.

passing a tape measure around your head approximately 2 cm above the
eyebrow line.
Use the largest measurement from this process.
Select the helmet size that closest matches the measurement.
