We value you as a loyal Bullzeye customer and make every effort to
ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We will make every
reasonable effort to accommodate your return / exchange request.
General rule is if we can return the item(s) to our supplier or re-sell
it easily, we will return it for you. We may however pass along any
related freight or re-stocking fees we will incur in this process only
when necessary.
If you wish to return your item and it meets our acceptable returns criteria below, you must contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
This number allows us to track the progress of your return and expedite
your refund or exchange. We may refuse your returns if you do not
obtain a RA number first.
We want you to buy with confidence. We
gladly accept apparel items for exchange due to sizing problems.
However, additional shipping charges may apply and items must meet the
return eligibility requirements below. Closeout Items can not be returned for Exchange or Refund
Items eligible for returns:
Non defective items
- Item is returned (postmarked) within 20 days of the original ship date. Refer to your tracking confirmation for the dates. -
Item is in the same new & unused condition in which it was
received. All original packaging, manufacturer paperwork and
accessories must be included. Please take care in repackaging so that
the merchandise does not get damaged in the return shipment.
Merchandise damaged in return shipping will be refused for return. - Items must not be Closeouts, Discontinued or Special Orders - Item is not an un-testable electrical item (CDI, coil etc..) or undergarment.
Please note: Return shipping for these items is the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking fee may apply for all non-defective returns. Contact us for details.
Defective Merchandise / Order errors:
- Merchandise must be returned within the same 20 days of original ship date. -
Defective items will be accepted for return per the manufacturer’s
warranty terms & conditions. Time frames vary by manufacturer
(Please be aware most manufacturers warranties do not cover the
shipping costs of returning the items) - Item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all packaging, parts etc..
If
a shipping error is made on Bullzeye's behalf, or if your item is
damaged or defective when you receive it, we will send you a pre-paid
return label via email. (US Only) or we will reimburse a reasonable
amount for standard ground / economy return shipping costs
(International customers) Some items such as DVD videos are eligible for exchange only. Some
warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer and not the
retailer (us) In this case we will assist you in any way possible by
providing all the necessary contact info.
